Returns the processed user operations of every active project in a team, with gas and billing amounts. Cursor paginated: follow cursor until it comes back null to export a full window, keeping every other query param unchanged (a cursor is only valid for the filters it was issued for, and is rejected otherwise). Rows are grouped by project (project id order) and ordered by transactionDate within each project. The window (startDate to endDate) is capped at 30 days, so exporting a longer period means looping over consecutive windows. Deleted projects are not included; use the project endpoint with an explicit id to export one.
